Ford Recalls 185,000 Vehicles
Ford says its latest recall involves some 185,000 F-Series trucks. The recall stems from an improperly installed part in the steering shaft that could eventually cause a loss of steering control, the company says. The vehicles involved are the 1997 F-150 and F- 250 pickups and Expedition sport-utes. Ford says that less than one percent of the vehicles involved in the recall will need repairs.
