YEAH....Goal #1 Accomplished!!!

Just wanted to pat my own back :cool:
I received my child development degree. I'm a couple math classes and one bio class away from my liberal studies degree. :D :D :D
So goal # 1 has been accomplished and Goal #2 is in sight...YEAH!!! :D :D :D

Unfortunately for me, trying to finish a degree without traveling too far or moving away from my loved one (mr. miller) I have to have a LIBERAL studies A.A. before I can continue for the B.S. in child development :( Pretty lame IMHO, but the colleges have all the say and you gotta do what they tell ya or you're screwed frown

And I have a lot harder to work once I make it into University (this was just step one...the Associates degree) :rolleyes: My sister is in her first year at University and she says it's MUCH harder then Jr. Colleges. :(
I can do it though...I know I can...and with all the knowledgable folks on ***boat to help me with my homework I'll be getting straight A's for sure! :D

Congrats MJ19, I'm just finishing up my B.S. in Liberal studies, so if you have any questions feel free to ask. Also for the record the Liberal Studies Degree has nothing to do with ones political view points, but being that you are most likely pursuing a career in teaching be prepared to hear a lot of complaining about Republicans and their long standing tradition of short funding schools. Where are you planning on getting your B.S.?

My daughter, like you, is continuing her education while remaining self sufficient with her own family life so I know first hand that the bastards (those that are they) don't make it easy for you.
