Floors are Finally finished!

Well I did my own ceramic tile. Today just had the 80 oz. Berber installed. :D Done! Paint some touch ups and the bedroom. Cut and hang one more door. And ready for sale after income tax returns. $119,000.00. OBO! Buying house. Ready to have a kid(I think). My single man days and ways are behind me.

I love it there...I was at the Prop Stop and Tin Lizzy's in June. My buddies live by the marina about a mile up river from Tin Lizzy's..there's a cool little floating bar up there.
