if you have a little capitol and alot of credit, try to get into some properties. There are 100% financing options out there and on a good enough deal, you can flip after a month or 2 for a decent profit, and as long as you roll over the profit into something else within a year or 2, I forget exactly, you dont have to pay taxes on it.

Yes you have 24 months. But it is to my understanding that if you sale withint the first 2 years it is considered an income type of deal and you still have to pay a capitol gains tax on it.

Get into sales. Learn all that you can, learn too be a people person.
Most of the money made is in sales, plus you do not need to have a college degree, It has worked for me for the last 18 years.
It is a career that can payoff big $$$$$$$

a sales job is the way to go if you work hard. I heard that if you are lazy and have a peice of cardboard and a marker, you can make a WILL WORK FOR FOOD sign. All you have to do is sit on the off ramp, look dirty, have an old crutch (thats in case someone really wants you to work)I heard they make about 200 a day depending on the off ramp.!!!! :D :D
