Actually thats Sgt Garcia in the old TV series Zorro.
Played by actor Calvin Henry.
My mom went to work for Disney after burning out in the So Cal Nuclear/Aerospace industry.
Calvin Henry usually showed up to studio previews & disney family picnics to entertain for casts and crews and their families when a new Disney Pic was about to be released.
He did magic, had some trained little dogs that did tricks and funny skits.
A really neat, funny, tallented and witty guy. In addition to acting, he did some voice overs, gags, and writing for some other Disney projects too.
