Rodman's boat towed, impounded
Dennis Rodman's 47-foot speedboat was impounded Sunday in Newport Beach when he used someone else's dock without permission, authorities said.
"The dock owner asked Rodman to move the boat, and he ignored him, so the boat was towed away," Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino said.
The former professional basketball player repeatedly has tangled with local law enforcement, who have responded to 70 noise complaints involving parties at his beachfront home.
Attorney Paul Meyer, who has represented Rodman, 42, in some of the complaints, said Tuesday that he was unaware of the boat problem.
"I expect it's only a ticket," Meyer said.

He was also sited a couple of years ago for going 20 mph+ in the no wake zone, according to the report I read he plowed right through the marina at 15-25 mph.

He used to have a boat named "Topless Only" at Lake Lewisville in Dallas and was always causing trouble there. Saw the security people at Sneaky Pete's ask him to leave one day and of course he was mouthing off and then finally left in a big hurry causing havoc to all the boats that were docked up.

Can you say, "pull the plug and see how much he laughs." :D
People like that just think they can afford to pay for the problems they cause so they don't care and just pay for the damage or tickets and never change thier ways

He was suspected of a late night collision that left a beautiful girl disfigured for life. A large boat leaving the marina breakwater at high speed ran over a small runabout.
The perp was never apprehended.

The good news is he's bound to be broke pretty soon...hasn't worked in years, no team on the NBA wants him, and his little club in Newport Beach (Josh Slocum's) is usually empty.
Can't wait to see them drag his broke ass out of town by his nose rings.....

He was very good in the NBA. I`m sure someone would want him as a player but not his character. He needs to drop all the rings and clothes. Get a normal doo and play more ball. But his character did make him some cash. From basketball to Mtv. Only in America. Who were the ****in` `tards that actually bought his book?
That guy oughta watch his stick figured ass. He ain`t packin` no ass. Flyin` around marinas being that thin would surely get your ass kicked down here.

rodman is cheap, his bar is worthless, his house always has people partying at his expense and his boat needs to be given back to the boys in Miami Vice.

Just heard him on Howard Stern yesterday and he was saying that there's a good chance he's going to play in the NBA this year. Says he's going to make his decision very soon.
Here's my prediction - if he is wanted by any team(s) they won't want him on their team and that'll happen well before the all-star game break.
He's a headcase and no one can deal with him except perhaps his paid entourage.

Can't wait to see them drag his broke ass out of town by his nose rings..... Well looks like he will be playing for Acsramento this year. As far as his bar goes, I heard the place is rockin...... Had a couple of buddies that went there last weekend and they said it was packed. So, I don;t think he'll be out of money anytime soon. I'm not a fan, but I do find some of his actions rather amuzing. People say they hate him, but when he's around they kiss his ass.
