Check out the site www.coloradoriverinfo.com. (http://www.coloradoriverinfo.com.) Select a city and you can find real estate links for that city. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but it's worth a shot.

I thought with all the bad move Cali is making now days and with a leader like Gay Davis at the helm people would be leaving Cal. Don't get me wrong. I have lived there a few times for various military duties and I love California. I would live in California again if only it wasn't in California. :D :D wink

Try www.realtor.com (http://www.realtor.com) or
www.homeseekers.com (http://www.homeseekers.com) for some info on what is available and the general price ranges.
The downside to these websites is that most of the listings are at least a couple of weeks old before they make it online, so if you see something really good it may already be sold. Also, since some of the listings can be a month or two old, the prices shown in the online listings may be lower than what the current market is...Even though one month is pretty short, home prices in my neighborhood have been going up by about $8k per month on average....
