That is alot of improvements! eek! But I think to get an all around clear picture of the total improvements they need to show before and after breast improvements. That would let me fully appreciate the extent of the work. :D :D

I wonder if they "SUGGEST" which surgeries you have or if you can somewhat CHOOSE to have or not have certain things done??? :confused:

I watched the very 1st show about 1-2 months ago and I've been stuck on that show every week since they started showing it weekly. They are very dramatic changes. eek! If you go in to the website for "Extreme Makeovers" it asks on the application what you want to change about yourself and why. I was a little intrigued to find out some info, so I looked it up. :D

Ziggy...your wife doesn't need any surgeries...not only is she beautiful she's got you :)
My friend on the other hand is in her 40s, single, never been married, no kids, etc...
She is the one that needs a makeover so she can catch a beau and start her family ASAP :D
