I bought some parts from Jet Boat Performance.
I was given a price which INCLUDED SHIPPING.
I just got a bill from UPS for a C.O.D.charge of $166 payable immediately.
Also I was shorted a performance intake grate.
I called him twice and sent two emails. That was August 25.
Anybody have any ideas!! If I do get the intake grate I will probably get dinged for another C.O.D.!!!!!

If you bought it with a credit card, stop payment and dispute it immediatly.
American Express is on the cardholders side,, Bof A tends to side with the seller, but if you stick with it, both the credit card co and the seller usually cave in.
I've had a few of these type of incidences and always at least got my money back. Which is really all one can ask for.

He is right. Credit card companies will stop them from accepting their cards if they get too many disputes. Stick to your guns. :)

Unfortunately I paid with a money order. Anyone else had dealings with this guy?
