I used Santa Ana plating (off the 55) for alot of my engine stuff. They did good work (and they had alot of motorcycle stuff in there).

They're not in OC but their work is absolutely pristine. I do a lot of street rod stuff and I have seen them take parts that other supposedly "top notch" platers had screwed up (pits, scratches, waves) and redo them to perfection. They're not cheap, but if you want it done right they are the way to go.

I'll second Hangins' answer. SAP does a lot of wheels. They did work on my quad and it came out real good. I work right around the corner from them. Chrome ain't cheap. :D

Good thread.... I need a little chrome work done on the roadster. First, I have to rebuild the vintage Airheart calipers ($$$)front and rear, then get rid of the F&@#)ng dual points in the Mallory. For the $105 Summit wants for the conversion kit, it's worth not having to pull the blower every time I have point problems.
Now the problem is... no space!
