Our network has been battling DDOS attacks (distributed denial of service) for a few days now, the worst of which has hit in the last 20 minutes or so. Many networks are slow and others are down and are in the process of updating the security measures to fend of the attacks. Unfortunately (or fortunately) ours is the latter. The FBI has been involved in the investigation and is actively tracking all attacks.
Many of the users of the sites I host check in here so I thought I'd let you all know that my technicians are hard at work to bring your favorite sites back up. We will not sleep until the work is done.

Chris,
Is there a way you could provide us with a specific list of sites that are currently being targeted?
Or are there too many too list?
Just curious.

Is ***boat.net included in this list.
I'm not sure if it's my DSL or the DDOS attacks, but the forum seems to running a little slow tonight.

The whole internet is being hit. I've noticed ***boat.net being slow as well. These attacks have actually been going on for a month or so, but only escalated in the last couple of days.

It seems to be a worm hitting port 1434 affecting MS SQL servers.
