Did anyone shell out the dollars for the pay per view?
If so what did you think?

dont waste your money. Those guys **** you so bad, my brother used to shoot edit and produce their videos, he did the whole new Snoop Dogg video. Its a good video, but once you order one, they send a new one every month so you have to cancel your credit card or they will hit that baby every month till you cancel it, that is why Joe (the owner) just bought a 50 million dollar Gulfstream 5 jet, 6 houses acroos the country including a compound on the coast in Mexico and he just built an 8 million dollar house in Malibu two houses down from Tom Hanks and buys every new Ferrari that comes out in Titanium on Red. I wouldnt mind if that guy was so rich, 6 years ago he was advancing all his credit cards to fly to mardi gras to shoot and now he is worth over 250 mill and he is such a ****ing jerk, he is fun to hang out with, but the money got to his head and he doesnt trust a soul around him. He owns a realy nice sushi restaurant in beverly hills though.

I wasn't that impressed but I wanted to know if I was the only one. It was just a contest or pagent. I wanted to see the Sandbar the whole time.
Have never seen any of the other videos.
Just wish I could have started this idea first I guess.

The videos are way over rated. I'm not into softcore stuff, it has its moments where its pretty hardcore, but nothing like a good old fashioned porn video GGW does nothing for me. I'll tell you though, I could not imagine going from broke to filty rich in a matter of 2 years, I would have a hard time handling it. I had nothing for along time, then when you start making money hand over foot, it really does change you, don't get me wrong, having money doesnt suck, but no matter how much money you have, your stresses never go away, not by any means.

There are sooo many FREE booby shots over in Kim Hansen's "Dark Side Thread" at HavasuBarneys. Or Girls macking out together on other boards...is there a need to pay more money when you can see it all FREE here on the boat sights

Hallett, it is good to see you are still grounded. My ex is that way with her new husband that she married. She thinks she is all about everything. Funny thing is they just filed bankruptcy last year. Laughed my ass off. :D
God knows you don't make enough money in the military to buy a Gulfstream but it pays the bills and I have enough leftover to take the kids and wife out on the boat whenever we want. :D That is where the riches are.

I'm proud to say I didn't pay to see it but I feel for the dumb ass that did.
Most of the topless I saw on there would have looked better with her top on. And most wouldn't even get noticed in Havasu.

I was reading an article a few years ago, and shortly after that I saw a TV program that supported the same information:
The information was basically that: The wealthiest folks in the United States don't drive the fancy cars, etc...They typically have fairly conservative lifestyles. And it typically are the ones in debt that have the flashy lifestyles. They stated in the article that Lexus owners have the highest debt (at that time) in the United States on average. (of course there are exceptions, but that statement alone made Lexus cars seem 1000 times less desirable to me) wink
Another interesting Tid-Bit I was told when I was younger, by a very wealthy woman, that wealthy people always use basic checks and the people that bounce checks or can't afford to write checks typically have the fancy personalized checks. I laughed. Later, I worked in a bank as a NA Rep for several years and I noticed that statement was true at least 95% of the time. The people that wanted to buy the personalized fancy checks rarely had any money in their accounts, yet those that had the basic freebie checks typically had a great deal of money in their accounts.
So you never can tell who really has the money and who is just living life on the edge of bankruptcy.
I prefer to just best to be a genuinely nice person to all and treat everyone with the same respect regardless of their financial status. :D

This is very true, most of the millionares in this country are the people that live next door to you in your small neighborhoods. HOWEVER......It gets to a point where you have so much money you can buy a plane and 6 houses and several ferrari's and not make too big of a dent in the pocketbook. My .02

Look at Sam Walton (Walmart). He had a billion quadrillon dollars and drove an old Ford beater pickup. :D

If I was, I would spend my days messing around in the garage, out on the river or hangin' with my gf. Ahhh, that would be nice. I haven't had a week off of work in 5 years.

Anyway, at the post office you would see these people drive up their fancy cars with lots of gold and flashy shit. That is what you call "New Money". Most new money doesn't turn to old money.
Then there was this lady who used to show up in a piece of shit Ford step side that was at least 35 years old. She was about 65ish, wore no makeup and usually had a flannel and work jeans (just Levis, not designer). Anyway, even I would ask myself "What is SHE doing here" and I'm not a snob. Anyway, one day I noticed her reach for her mail and on her finger was a diamond ring that was at least 5 karats and clear as a mountain stream. That is what you call "Old Money". Old money has class and modesty.
Unfortunately my folks fell into the first mentioned group and now fall into the category "No Money". I am also a reluctant member of that group.

My .02 I know some people that are the owners of a major chemical company in the US and are extremely wealthy but have a normal house and live a pretty normal lifestyle. Except for the fact that they don’t have to work like the rest of us.
They could have just about anything but choose not to live the flashy lifestyle.

All the money in the world can't change where ya come from; but alot of people sure spend a crap load of their millions tryin' to! (Is my paticiple danglin'? I hate it when that happens!) As for me, if I won the lotto, it wouldn't change me one iota! H**l, I don't let anyone know that I associate with you people now!

You look at some of the rock stars and rappers of the world. Look at Hammer for example. That guy had the world by the tail. Had 73 cars, all kinds of big houses, the posse to follow him around and now it's all gone. Hell Kim Bassinger just filed for bankruptcy. She had quite a bit of jingle at one time. I don't think I would change a whole lot if I were filthy stinking rich, that is, more than I am right now for all the single ladies reading this. wink I like my house but I'd probably do some things I have been saving up to do to it. Get a few more toys, but that would be the extent of it. :D

Exactly JP! All money would do to me is give me the freedom to do the things that I only muse about now! Like ownin' a new $250,000 Fountain; a place in "The Keys", a place in Vegas, a place in the Carribean, another $250,000 Fountain, a place in Havasu and a "full works" DCB there waitin' for me! (I'm not gonna get an Ultra because I'm workin' on gettin' a free one from MR. WEST, the builder of the FINEST BOATS in the universe! wink Been awhile; but how am I doin' now Mr. West? ) Ya know, nothin' extravagant! Simple pleasures! :p

A friend of mine makes upwards of $750,000 and has been doing that for over 2 years but lives very modestly, drives an older paid off escalade, has a modest home in Burbank wears jeans and tee shirts all day and never goes big when he goes out, but he has alot of zero's in his bank account.

You've gotta becareful for what you wish for...my cousin won the lottery, came out with a healthy wallet even after taxes. Shortly after that he found himself spending quiet a bit of it on medical bills...He's been fighting cancer for a couple years now. :(
I learned a very valuable lesson about money at the ripe age of 18  My boyfriend at the time came from $ when he turned 18 he inherited over a mill and monthly payments for the rest of his life. He currently lives off interest and still doesn't spend it all. I lived and learned through lots of tough times that money does not buy happiness! In fact, often times it develops disfunctional relationships and sadness! :(
I think there is a reason for all of life's little lessons. My ex-boyfriend and Mr. Miller were friends and I often think to myself that those tough times and heart aches were meant to be, they were part of a bigger plan...it must have been a stepping stone to meet my soul mate "Mr. Miller" :D Ahhhh pretty sweet huh? wink
