no I actually try to avoid trees most the time while boating :D :D leave it to the canadians though... :D :D

Accually I thought that was one of the rare Amazon "Boat trees" and the local pickers are harvesting the young fresh boats for market. :D

nahhh you guys are way off... thats a nothern "skiff" oak!! :p , they grow wild up here in Canada. I have been trying to cultivate a "Fountain" elm for awhile now but keep getting canoe weed!!!! :D :D :D

Either Mike or Tim Seebold wound up in a tree at a Fenton Mo. prop race. He couldn't negotatiate the turn. I don't have the picture, maybe someone else does.

There's a story that goes with that picture but let's face it, when you've had your boat caught in a tree it's probably best to say nothing.

Them Canadians are always finding new uses for their wood. I hear Tom was getting his car ready to fit into the So Cal scene for BBSP:

hehehe!!! every time I see that picture I think of the three cars here in my town that must have been built by the same designer :p
