Great blues singer. Grew up idolizing BB King and the other blues greats. Looks like he may be going a little more main stream now.

Were you maybe a little surprised by his age? His voice definitely doesn't match his age. He's been around a while. Johnny lang rocks.....

His live CD at the Austin city Limits is one of the best I've ever heard! No one comes close to the "The Prophet from Austin" I have every cd he has out and a chit load of the Blues from many others. Check out "Blind Pig Records" if you like the blues. :D :D Without the blues threr wouldn't be any good music today, from Rock to Rap. Unless of course you like classical or Babs.

Why is this song so addictive? Maybe so sick of the hip hop/rap bullshit that my ears have been screaming for good music.

Johnny Lang was a teenage guitar phenom. When his voice changed he became a GREAT blues singer.
Check out the songs "Lie to me" and "Rack 'em up"

Check out the songs "Lie to me" and "Rack 'em up" He recorded "Lie To Me" at age 15, vocals and all. He's coming to Vegas in Nov., I will definitely be there! And as someone previously said Kenny Wayne Shepard kicks ass also. Ya' gotta love Texas Blues.
SRV R.I.P.........
