Wouldn't it be better served to put a sticky thread at the top of the respective forums?
At the top of the Jet Forum you could put something like Jet Junk, V Drives could be VD Meds. The Cat section could have Kitty Litter and the Wakeboard boat section could have Bladder Releases.
I just think it would be better so long as people could make sure it's a related item to the respective sections. With many new people coming around it would be a better service to them.

This is a thought that was presented in the begining but did not have the cool planning with spam specific names.

maybe not a sticky thread, which would over time end up to be 16,000 pages long, but maybe a sub forum in each main forum?
