...just curious how much Terrible Herbst is getting for the 100 octane?
Just wondering if I need a second on the house for my next trip...

Down here in Parker, regular unleaded is $1.75. Premium $1.95 at Terribles.
Terrible's prices are generally 10-13 cents cheaper in Havasu. eek!
I haven't received an answer from the Herbst's or their henchmen why that is. It sure as hell doesn't cost 13 cents per gallon just to go an additional 40 miles.
My guess is the race stuff will be about $2.10 or so.

Maybe it's the competition? I could never figure that out why Havasu is cheaper.
If it's $2.10, then I'm a happy camper. I'm paying $2.30 or so for 91 octane here in So Cal (300 miles closer to the refineries- go figure).

i have the joy of not buying 100oct anymore.so i have been use to paying 2.00+ and for a jet that got decent milage when cruising. Now i have a 350mag that can use 87 and get twice the milage so to me it wont be different in the gas sit with the boat. Now the tow vehicle thats another story as i am already stashing my ot money.

100+ "avgas" is around $2.30 a gallon at the Super fuels, Terribles, and HavaGas. VP red is across the street at Sundance for $3.99 a gallon.
