CNN just reported that the California appeals board has pushed back the recall election due to some counties using outdated punch-card ballots
So for all of you having to pay the increased car registration..............it looks like we'll be paying a little longer than expected!
Word is the recall may not happen until March....

They ruled that the old punchcard ballots “MAY” disenfranchise some voters.
That’s nonsense. By delaying the vote, they are disenfranchising all of us that WILL vote on Oct 7.
