My dad sold his bike for I think 2200 and it was badass to say the least. 95 suzuki, 1 year old engine build by Dave Huffman owner of Cycle Engineering Factory(CEF) and father of Damon Huffman(2 time 125 west supercross champion).

I am in Michigan and have an awesome 1997 CR 250 with xtra's for 2200.00. ridden 3 times in 3 years and adult owned, not mint but near it and a real screamer.

Could probably swipe it for 1800. He is asking 2g. I think a 250 is too much bike for me. Haven`t ridden hard in at least 6 years. I weigh 200 now. Back in the gym and running so I hope to continue down to 190.

Back in the gym and running so I hope to continue down to 190. Dude youll bog the shit out of a 125 weighing 200 lbs. I weigh 205 and ride a 250. I have 2003 YZ 250 stock and a 93 RM 250 with Pro cicuit pipe FMF spark arrest and dessert gears. I don't think I could ever be happy with anything less then a 250 I am now considering getting a YZ 450 F as well. Might get rid of the 03 YZ 250 and go 450.
If you don't want to much bike why not get a quad? I just bought an 03 Warrior 350 last weekend and have been pretty happy with it so far. Definitely not fast like my bikes but it still moves pretty good. My uncle has a Bombardier DS 650 and that bad boy moves! The Honda 400 EX moves pretty good too. My grandmother rides a 300 EX which I think is a dog but the 400 EX hauls balls. Plus quads are loud as hell when you put a nice pipe on them.

`00 Cr 125. Dude wants 2200.00. Saw it last night. Looks good. No problems. He put new rear pads on. But rear master cylinder is half full. Didn`t see a leak but its gotta have one. NO grease on chain. Must have pressure washed it. That is not good.

i just sold my full pro circuit 98 kx125 for 2 gs, used bikes aernt worth very much unless they are like 00 and newer, it sucks. they update the bikes so much every year no one wants older ones.

Gonna have to go with Boozer on this one. With a 125 you'll do more shifting than actual riding not to speak of the wear on the clutch. Plus, you might have to do a little suspension work for that kinda weight. I'm hittin 2 bills too, so I'm right there with ya. Not tryin to sell you on mine, just hate to see ya spend the money on a bike you'd wanna sell a month later.
BTW- the CR comes with a new top end too. :)

Yeah, I deciced to wait. Lets see what the 04 KAW 250 is like. Think that`ll probably be my route. Road the CR125. It was a dog with my heavy ass on it.
