My Island need help!

Lets say you had an island with a big sandbar and really big trees on the otherside to form a forest. realisticly what would you do to or build or bring to this Island? I was thinking of a tree house big enough to party in with a plat form over the water and a rope swing (to swing into the water an diving board and a zip cord to the water and I have an old round 14' trampolene I could mount on the platform over the water. I need a generator!! could get an old wood cruiser and beach it inland for the **** house also could get a porto potty from a friend who owns a portopoty company! What else do I need?

no seriously there is this awsome Island down in nowhere on the river here in town and me and my buddies are contemplating a party pad like we had when we were kids only this time we can buy our own boose! I might go there tomarow if my buddie is up to it beings how my boats dont run. I will take pics tomarow if I go!

Well in theory yes but the props are designed to run this way so no it is better this way due to minimal drag!
