Anyone here have any experience with one of the double trailers ?
Vehicle on bottom and boat on top.
Road handling ?

Sure looks like a lot of weight on that trailer and the four tires - SUV, boat and golf cart adds up to a bunch of lbs.

Looks to me like that truck is going to get reaaaaaaaaaaaaly wet when you launch the boat.... :D

Saw a set up like that a week ago. Only, the boat was loaded on its own trailer 1st then backed onto the double trailer using the vehicle stored on the bottom.

:) Not yet,thinking of the distant future though.(pic.is from their site)
Hopefully someday it'll be a trip to the Keys.

The rating for 8 series say's 9000 lb. I wonder how it is on the off ramps tho ? :rollside:

That looks like it is awfully close to exceeding the 14' height limit. Watch out for low bridges and powerlines.
