RECAP:
@0900: The image center decided that things were running far too well and that it would be a good idea to have a config file go corrupt.
1000: Panic and anger wondering how something like this could just cease to work
1500: While trying to fix image center I destroy entire database.
1503: Realize that I just backed up database at 1440 and things are fixed.
2000: Now the Zen master of PHP, corrupt file is located and replaced. (still not working)
2041: After much yelling image center is working. If anyone has any problems with the image center please send me an email or PM. (by problems I am referring to bugs and errors, not that you just don't like it.)

Oh by the way server quality does affect how insane the files get. Know from experience burningm . Either way sucks to be the ***boat admin although I'd like the job.

I have a top quality server running. I wish I could afford a cable connection or something with 1MB upload. Then I could just build a dual athlon processor, 8gig DDR ram, radeon 9700, BEAST of a server. :D :D :D

Actually the file going bad was probably my fault. The server is for the most part good to go. I caused a crash and re-boot early in the AM, (my first in almost 2 months) and the file was probably corrupted then. The easy fix seemed to be to just upgrade the image center (made by photo post). The problem is that photo post happily left the "php" out of "< ?php" in the global variable files in the update version. Prior to today all I knew was Cold Fusion and most of ASP.NET. After learning PHP I saw that, fixed it and everything came back online.
