Friday's Barney Report.
I know it's been a while since we've seen a Barney Report but I felt one was in order to bring everyone up to date on BBSP V.
Friday is traditionally a slow day for BBSP, this year was no different. Sorry no good pictures from yesterday, I promise some from today!
Many of the characters are regulars on HB.com and my not be recognizable names here, others will be though! :)

A quick report before I have to go launch the boat.
Water conditions were ideal. :D
The wacker team ran all day looking to reach the 100MPH club. eek!
There were at least 15+ people from the boards there to represent. :D

The Poker Run was going on at the same time as the BBSP, and the water was pretty tore up with all the big boats.
But Speed Alley was in rare form with the only chop being our own.

Thanks HDD, for the pictures, for keeeping your diggity dogs at bay, for only posting pics of races I won, I got spanked by several :D
It was also good to see you there!
There were a couple bad ass car boats to show, they even won some races. I'm not sure we ended up with an overall champion this year, it was more of an open speed display rather than head to head competition. Most head to head stuff was whacker on whacker. We did have some great 4 a breast runs too. :)
There was an Alum Eagle Racing jet that would have spanked most of us Saturday, ONE BAD ASS RIDE! It would have been interesting to see him run against the Mach 22 with twin drag motors but it never happened.
I guess the real winners were those that showed up. Thanks again everyone for another great time! :)

We showed up, watched for a while, and then made the first hard passes on the new motor. Still sorting out the tuning, but it does feel stronger than last year. My wife snapped this shot of us coming up the smaller channel in front of the beach.
