WHATS THE DEAL WITH THAT GUY? IS IT A NICE PLACE?
I LIKED THAT BMB PLACE BECAUSE ITS VERY LARGE, CLIMATE CONTROLLED BAYS AND LOCATED ON THE RIVER.
ITS THE FIRST TIME STORING AWAY. I JUST WANT THE BEST. PRICE IS NO OBJECT FOR QUALITY STORAGE.

The only prob I have with the Boat Storage, is the hours they keep. If you come into town on a whim on wednesday then you can't get to your boat. And once, I had to find a place to put the boat because I got there at 3pm on tuesday (after a big weekend) and it was closed. What a hassle that was. Other then that it's a good place to store and he is real helpful gettin the boat hooked up and the cover off/on. Got my name on a list for a 2nd storage unit at Parker Storage. Then I can pick the boats up any time I want. Maybe I keep weird hours compared to everyone else?

On Tuesday I got boat storage in Parker. Although the guy RD referred me to, Boat Storage on hwy 95 @ 669-boat, had a great facility he was as packed as a can of sardines and didn't anticipate any vacancies in the near future. I went by to talk to him and was impressed with Roger and the operation. The next guy on the waiting list had been waiting for 9 months. I also checked out Kemper, near Road Runner :D referred by BoatCop and they were full as well. I ended up at BMB storage, a pretty new facility and right next to Strokes :D Hey, it ain't Road Runner on the water but wtf. 45 foot bay, 24 hour access, concrete floor and tall roll-ups for 175.00 per month. If you want to pay 6 months in advance the rate drops to 150 per month. I don't need 45 feet but that's all they had and I'll use the extra space for other toys too. Call the guy who runs it, Sandy. Tell him the fireman/Bar owner from Palm Springs sent ya. His number is 928-667-7010 or cell number 928-916-2808. If they're full try the Anchor Inn just south of BMB on hwy 95. Good luck
