Since we are on the subject....
I have a tree in the backyard, pretty big one too. I'll be here for a couple more weeks. If you guys want some, come on by. It is the thin skinned avacado, but still very good. I have had guacamole every day for a month,

Got some Avos from Rubths last night...Guac and chips with lunch today!
Thanks JT!
If you were in the 760, I'd be there in a New York minute...

I planted 9 Haas and Fuerte Avocado trees on my hillside over the past couple of years. I got my first avos this season. It takes a few years before they produce. I love guacamole and pieces of avos with lunch or dinner.
You only have one tree? I heard they need others nearby to germinate and produce fruit properly.

You are all hatin it. I agree, at a buck a peice it isn't worth it to go far. Cheaper to go to the store.
Course the beers aren't free at the store....
Laughs,
