last time we went to Havasu, the damn truck we were in almost burnt to the ground on a long grade.
Funny thing is we kept driving and blaming the smoke in the cab on the semi brakes in front of us. I think that had something to do with the empty beer cooler. :D
anywho, we pulled over to drain-the-main-vein and the truck almost burnt. Lucky the fire extinguisher put it out.
Then the CHP stopped by, trying not to laugh at us, ordering us to pick up all the empties and telling us we should have let it burn so the owner could get a new one. They said the closest fire station was more than 20 miles away.
It was funny... in a wierd sort of way.... because we still made it to the lake and the truck was under warranty.
