my friend got cut last trip to the sandbar
and stiches were needed. bottles are a drag

HHHHHmmmm...
RD The problems all began when the Manufacturers started putting the props on the back of the outdrive instead of the front where they belong....It all went downhill from there!

Bottles can be a drag and I love beer that only seems to come in Bottles (or hard to find cans) I use a cooler on the bottle, carry trash bags with a portable trash can. I make sure me and my crew are responsible for our trash

I was at Parker staying st Bluewater a month ago, and assholes in the room above us are playing around on the patio and break a bottle, glass falls down on the ground right in front of us, and before I could hell, his asshole buddy must of thought it was funny and breaks abnother bottle on the patio. We have kids playing out there in front of the room. I yell at the morons, they apologize and run back into the room. The rest of the trip we are stuck picking up broken glass in font of the room, and wearing shoes everytime we have out on the patio. I agree, no glass on the river, and don't be stupid when drinkin outside your room.

Sometimes I have to agree with RD...We mostly bring cans when on the water but sometimes people will have wine coolers or beer bottles...They all go in the trash bag...
Heck, I've seen get people get cut by old fish hooks stuck on the shore..Are you going to ban fishing on the water too?

Lots of places (beaches) in Hawaii where glass bottles are banned by law. Liquor stores are banned from selling products in glass containers as well.
Some beaches where the locals emforce the rule with ass kickings.
Glass containers are banned at Dumont Dunes, and it's strictly enforced.

I hate glass bottles. No glass around my pool or on my boat.
I have tendon damage in my left hand from a dumbass that broke a bottle and left the pieces laying on the ground.
RD, common sense? That's in damn short supply these days. :D

I think if these dickheads would just come up with some form of disposal we wouldn't have to worry. A great example of this is that my cousin and I purchased an aluminum fishing boat for cans and bottles. It has the open areas between the benches where cans and bottles can be tossed. The very front is the smallest and is used for bottles since they are the minority and then the larger front is for cans. We just slapped a 30 HP evinrude on it and boy does it fly. The max HP rating on the thing is 20HP but we figured why not have a fast trash can. Now a whole boat for trash it kinda overkill but I think that everyone should have some kind of disposal besides tossing there shit in the river or on the beach. I'm sick of floating down river and looking down to see beer cans and the bottom of the river.

Thanks,
PK

Too bad most people can't drink and be responsible, an oxymoron isn't it  . When we have to resort to laws about common sense things like "do not liter", how ****ed up are we? It constantly sickens me about all the stupid ass "Third world country" shit that we do in America. If people keep it up we will be living in a shit hole with too many law and no one to blame but ourselves. frown

I think they need to put Mike's, Doc's , Seagrams, etc. into plastic bottles. I don't want my chick to ever get one of those spare tire, pre cirrohsis beer guts going.
