New Series...American Chopper/(Orange County Choppers NY.)...yea it's the one where the Father is a ball buster to his Son, But it's a good Bike Building Show...

Dads got all the cash, but don't do shit. Son is the worker. Good bikes from what I have read and heard. But then again the mags could be like HB and say go things to keep the money rollin in.....

My take on it is Dad payed his dues and should'nt have to do S$$T!...The Son may be working his tail off, but it's good ole Dads reputation and hard work ethic that got them where there at. I say let the kid sweat a little untill he knows how to run a business.

Very true, but after seeing how they are, I WOULD NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM THEM. Very disorganized, wait until the last minute, always in a rush.Didnt I just say that. Not sound business practices....

I love watching those shows, glad they're making a series. Kind of like the Osbournes, but with bikes! :D It's Orange County Florida isn't it? I could be wrong.

That bike last night turned out better than I thought it was going to but I think the paint was the key there.
I wonder just how much of the theatrics is for the camera? Hell, I just learnt that Trading Spaces was rigged so it's no wonder I'm sceptical wink

I'm sure theres always some sort of "Drama/Acting" for the Camera involved in all of these type of TV shows...Not to mention how there Edited down for TV.
I just dig seeing Nice Harleys/V-Twins Go together.

I think the show on Roger Bourget was better......

I saw it, I liked it, I hope it will only get better. I liked the wheel cutting segment, and also the trip to Sumax powder coaters shop, that was neet. And even a trip to the chromers, that was odd an joint for a lack of better words.
And it is in Orange County NY.>Snow! I'll be tuned in every Monday at 10:00pm yep I'm hooked!
I also liked the Roger Bourget special...seems like a very humble person.

It was on again...I think Dad may be a little high strung. He was amazingly cool about the fenderbender in the parking lot. I couldn't believe he was laughing. I thought for sure he'd be pissed. Then when the kid rips it off with a chain, I was crackin' up. "nice and slow" Yeah right!
Now if only Discovery figgers out we need a boating show.......
