i don't know how someone even a politician with all his "advisors" can go from an 8 billion surplus to a 38 billion deficit in 5 years? and wait he was re elected. well at least we can recognize a mistake be it as late as it is and recall this worthless man (very tongue in cheek). he was interviewed wed night and had the audasity to say that california is better off now than when he took office. did i miss something? a 46 billion dollar swing in 5 years? I believe you have already adressed this in another post. Do you have time to do it again? I am at work and I don't have time to write all that is in error here. :( Ie, how Davis came in and cancelled existing long term contracts in order to buy on the spot market etc...
P.S. I won't rebut him calling us ass holes, as I may well be one for all I know wink .

It was me that posted the Spot market info. That was taken from the S.F. Sunday Chronicle [a left wing rag] that appeared a couple of years ago, I don't remember the exact date but if one did an archive search of the Chronicle I'm sure it would come up as it was one of those 3 page reports.
