Let's say someone was gonna relocate to lake Havasu city...set up a "new" life...
Who would you call for finding a house?

One person - Nichole Stuhlberg!
(928.505.0347 tell her Ted sent you)
When we started looking a couple of years ago, I sent emails to several LHC realtors. She not only returned my email the very next day but when she got an idea of what we were looking for, she FED EX'ed ten listings with photos etc.
She stayed with us through all of our quirks and a difficult builder (we eventually found a lot with her help and built new).

1stepcloser we just bought a house in Havasu and we went to McCulloch realty. our realtor was Roger Meyer. He treated us very well. He would change his schedule sometimes when we wanted to look because it was hard for us coming from culver city. He will tell you everything he knows about the city if needed. I don't know everyone elses opinions on them but he comes highly recommended from us.

Is there a big sign production type shop there? (talking big signs with pritty lights!)
Or a structural steel shop?

Big Mike Gabriel at McCulloch. Cool guy to deal with and talk to, plus he likes his "paper" so he always does a kick ass job for you so you'll buy something. Not afraid to throw the low ball out there either. :D
