I think if he's making that much smoke going up hill, he should probably check the air and fuel filter as one or both of them may be plugged. :D
If you look at the pics, there is a big white enclosed trailer right at the front of the line, that was hooked up to this truck, but somehow they got it unhooked and pulled the truck away before it burned to the ground.

You know I have heard of 3 Superdutys burning up. All three started in the dash while towing decent loads. Has anybody else noticed this as a trend? One Guy Paints Water towers for a living. He had almost 1500 Galons of highly flammable epoxy paint on the trailer when it smoked.

I think you can look on the NHTS website for problems on a know vehicle.
Or look it up on information system like Mitchell on demand, or Alldata.

In the news lately, there has been an epidemic of police cars that have been hit and blown up. I think we had 5 of them here in Phoenix alone. I'll give you another hint, they were Crown Victorias. Hmm, I don't seem to recall GM making a Crown Vic and I don't think they are made by Chrysler... That's right, they're Ford cars too...
