to the metal guys where is a good place to buy diamond plate sheets?what does a sheet 4'x8' cost?

Schorr Metal in Anaheim. They are on Kramer north of the 91. I don't know what the 4 x 8 sheets cost but they have shit loads of big pieces in the rem bin.

there are different types of diamond plate make sure you ask for britetread. and it normally comes in 4X10 sheets and sometimes in 4X12 sheets. we stock it but i'm in norcal ca.

Hey boatnam2...looks like you are Norco..go to K&H Metals in Riverside..it's alot closer, and they'll snap it into whatever size pieces you want...I put some on my trailer steps.

I had thought about that for my trailer steps as well, but being that I am so anal, that stuff looks like shit after it gets wet so many times. Of course we use it on all of our fire engines, and it just looks junky. Isnt there something that you can seal it with? -DD Out

Powdercoating? Maybe? I have seen some diamond plate that was powdercoated when it was new, I just don't know how it holds up?
