What mods does it have? 4500 seems high for anything of that age. I can go out and buy a brand new quad for a few grand more. Could you list the mods cause I'm really curious as to what makes this thing worth 4500.

So is it a 2 stroke or 4? I still have to agree with Phat Kat. $4500 seems like a lot for something that is a 1988. My 2003 Warrior set me back 4800. That's brand spankin new, sure it's a 4 stroke and only a 350 but still it was Brand spankin new.

It's a 2 stroke. Like I said, go check some prices on the late 80's 250R 4 trax (pretty much the baddest quads ever made). Bone stock thrashed 86's run around $4k. A nice one will set you back $6-8K minimum.
All depends what you want to do. If you want to put around, go get a Warrior. If you want to run with the big dogs up the hill and through the dunes, get a 2 stroke (I know there are some nice 4 strokes out there now so I don't need to have that pointed out). :D :D :D

I guess I just don't see them that much so I haven't found a good price.

I paid 5 for it before the upgrades - Basically took a look at what the cycle trader and glamis dunes.com had for around 4 and my bike was much cleaner and faster.
Thanks for the back jordy - and as far as the warrior deal I traded straight across my 1999 warrior (wifes bike) , for an 88 suzuki lt250 they were worth about the same but the suzuki is much more superior on the dunes. I quess it really just depends on what you want to do - Because not to talk shit but my lt500 would smoke the raptor or bambardier with no sweat!
I'm definatley not trying to rip anybody off just saw some other lt5oo's that were priced around 6 or 7 and figured mine would go fast at $4,500.
Just for Phat - $4,000.00 were should I deliver it?? :D :D :D
