1. What browser are you using
2. What is your user name
3. Did you click on the link that activates your account in the initial reg email?
4. Are you getting any error message of some sort that you can copy and paste here?
5. Check step three again.

It worked for me...as long as click on the link you get in your email and then login...then all the necessary buttons appear.

I agree Schiada96, I believe he was referring to something that someone was putting up, not a personal attack, I think we all might post something "stupid" at one time or another.
Paytime, while you and others might subscribe to the magazine most of the money comes from the advertisers. That is just a fact of the mag biz.Althought they need the circulation to sell the adds that is where the real money comes from. This board is FREE and is run by a company that wishes to keep the content within a certain frame of substance, that's up to them not us.Not baggin on ya, just saying it is a public forum and it is free to us, there putting out the cash to support the board so I believe they can direct it the way they see fit.

If you are going to hang out in these forums your skin is going to need to be a little thicker. I was not in any way calling 502procharger or you stupid. There have been a few cases in the past of people being stupid on these forums and posting stuff that they know they should not. Many times it is not stupidity but just people being assholes. That is fine and they have every right to be, but I have every right to delete their posts.
On a completely different subject within the last month their has been a rash of legal problems. Some site tried to charge us$50 a page view because someone had linked their avatar through to another site and the bandwidth was crushing them. Many companies have been complaining about being abused on the boards. I have asked for clarification on this and here is how it is shaping up.
You can complain about it one time in one forum. Not a new thread once a day, or a new thread once a week and not in multiple forums.
Hot Boat does care about its subscribers, and I think the best way to keep subscriptions high will be to edit these boards as little as possible. If people stop posting things that need editing then that would be very easy.
On a final note I a have no problem with what 502Procharger is trying to do.

I am behind ***boat on this one. They have a great site, great boards, ECT. The reason I built the new hotboatpics.com site was to have a place to post all the stuff that is inappropriate for a major player like ***boat to have on there site. There are people on this board that find stuff posted offensive. To each there own. I am not trying to take people away from this site; it is the best site out here. It has the best people as well as the best info. I am just filling the gap between what is ok to post and what people are going to bitch about. Understand ***boat has a lot to loose if someone sues them and I understand how they do not want to be a part of some of it. The site I just put up is for the adult stuff that is not ok to post on this site. It is also to be used to voice your opinion about what or who ever you want without me having to worry about a boat company coming and bitching to me about a post on my site. ***boat.net does us all a great service. I have met many great people because of the site and will continue to use it on a daily basis. If there are pictures or topics that you feel will not go over well on this site or in this picture forum please feel free to post them on my site, www.hotboatpics.com (http://www.hotboatpics.com) Again Thanks ***boat for providing us with this great site.

What kinda power you have , suppose to run well with the 496 from what I hear. \I will be honest, I opted for mild power. went with the 6.2 (Replacement for the 454) for a couple of reasons.
1. my wife will take the boat out and I really dont want to subject her to more danger than necessary, she is a WOT person!!!!!
2. This really is my family boat, i have 2 kids, 8 and 9
3. money as well. this was the first small block he ever put in this style of boat. So when it was done, Cliff and Anthony took it out and said they were impressed with that motor, did as well or better than the stock 454 did! It runs 63 to 65 depending on water and elevation... I am happy with it. Also the small block gave me WAY mor interior space.
Procharger is next deal though... I would like it to see upper 70's. Procharger says no problem even with only 5 psi boost.. Thanks for the inquiry.

I am seeing a lot of sites that are bleeping the minor cuss words, not just HB. While part of me rails at this, I also realize that intelligent people should learn to communicate without cussing.
Today I have a reason for a few choice words. Yesterday my neice got married and I was sound/light manager. Wasted, I chose to stay the night. This morning, I headed out, only to get caught in a snow storm. I was on the Will Rogers and somebody wanting to go faster got behind me. I tried to move over at a rousing 35 mph , got loose, got tapped and did a NASCAR into the divider.. Now I have two bent bumpers, broken turn signal,bent valance and slightly buckled hood. And I didn't even have a scatch on my poor baby before this. burningm At least I got back to see Jarrett win.
