In the meantime, I'll post a few *previews* on the forum.
After hearing about all the *drama* that might happen during Memorial Weekend, I'm happy to report, I didn't see any! (Ok, well there were a few *minor* things, but nothing worth posting.)
I just want to send a shout out to the hosts/hostess' that made my weekend awesome! You know who you are! You ROCK!!! :D
Hope next year is as good as this one was!! Simply put, we had a *blast*!!!

Ya know, I've seen Party Cat several times out on the water, although I never had the opportunity to stop and say, "Hi" to him . The reason being, he has a rather tall black OP6C flag mounted on his boat. You can identify his boat almost anywhere on the water! Hmmmm..... idea I wonder if Party Cat sells those flags. It would be an easy identifiable way of knowing *who* is associated with the forums out on the river. Know what I mean, eh??? Or maybe even baseball caps that have, "Hot Boat Forums" printed on the front and our usernames on the back....or vice versa. Of course, then we'd need to get permission from Hot Boat to distribute them. (Oooops eek! ....sorry, it's the sales and marketing girl coming out of me again!)

You can download the original from the Webshot link I provided. The actual photo is MUCH larger than those I posted here. On the Webshots site, click on, "View Actual Size". Then you can right click over it and save it to your hard drive. There's even an option where you can order photo prints up to an 11 x 14 from Webshots.

WOW!! River Kitty you must have been busy. It is very interesting to browse through these pics, which will take quite a while. It looks like this would be an incredible party, making it well worth the drive with my new Campion in tow. I have never been there, so bear with me and don't laugh if this is a dumb question, but seeing the pictures I have seen so far, everything looks quite confined....this is good on one hand, but I am wondering if there are any areas in which you have the chance to use the boats other than lounging/partying during an event like this??

Most of the photos I posted were taken in the channel which is like a bottle neck under the London Bridge. There is still plenty of river left for people to roam about freely....even with 50,000 people! Although the water was a little choppy this weekend. Most people tend to congregate in one area so they can party together, while others choose a secluded cove to get away from the madness!
So whatdaya waitin' for??? Hook up your Hot Boat and come visit us!!! :D

OH RK I would love to make it down there, and I will some day, and hopefully meet up with a few of the people I "see" here every day. It would be awsome to be together with so many people with the same intrests. It reminds me of the days when I spent alot of time on two wheels and went to Sturgis.....loads of fun there.
Hopefully when I tow my boat there it is hot enough to fit the bill..
