Just heard that Pearblossom highway is shut down about 1/2 way to Barstow. Just wanted to let you guys know that are traveling from the SF Valley and Palmdale/Lancaster.

What happened, or that just CalTrans helping to keep the speeders down :confused:

Heard it was big rig overturned and fuel spill at the junction of Pearblossom and Sierra HWY. If you're going north on 14 instead of exiting at Pearblossom go on to Avenue S or even further up to Mohave and then over on 58 to 15. Extra distance should only cost you 20-30 minutes but you will also avoid the Victorville to Barstow I15 construction as well.
