Wanted Ford Super Duty

Im looking for a used 99-02 F-250,crew cab short bed 4x4,with a power stroke.White with grey interior,xlt with an automatic.It can be all stock.
You would think this truck is easy to find but all the ones that Ive seen are either beat or lifted too the F'n moon!!
Is there any Ford salesman in here(So Cal area)?

I was thinking of new but want to keep my payments as low as possible.Im not to sure about getting the new 6.0 PSD.Ill give them a year or so to get them dialed in.Remember the 1999 V-10 Fords,they where crappy in my opinion.2000 came out and waxed them 99's up.Im thinking the 6.0 will be strong but cant take a chance of it sitting at the dealer for repairs right now.
I need a short bed and would like it to be as close as I can to what I layed out above.I would like to have an F-350 just like I described,but the F-250 will do the job.Im having a harder time than I thought finding one thats a good buy.

I don't know what kind of time frame you are looking at, but as soon as our Cig sells I am probably selling the truck as well.
It is an 02 white F-350 Lariet 4x4 PSD Crew Cab with gray leather interior, 17k miles, brand new Xtra view Snug Top that extends over the bed rails, Line-x, back-up sensors ect... every possible option but it is a long bed.
I am still not 100% sure about selling it but if you are interested PM me. We have a Suburban that will handle our towing duties once the Cig is gone and I am thinking about going with something smaller. We can talk about price if interested. If not good luck with your search. :cool:

I'VE DRIVEN A FEW POWERSTROKES, MANY WITH UPGRADED BANKS POWER, AND NO WAY ARE THEY QUICKER THAN THE V-10'S 0-60. IF I DO END UP KEEPING THE TRUCK LONG ENOUGH FOR WHIPPLE TO FINISH THE INTERCOOLER, IN THE WORKS NOW, I WILL BE ADDING THE WHIPPLE SYSTEM TO MY TRUCK. 500+ HP AND TORQUE IN THE 700 RANGE. THESE ARE JUST PRELIMINARY FIGURES AND THEY HAVE ONE INTERCOOLER IN THE TESTING STAGE NOW.

If you are buying a truck for towing, the diesel is the way to go. I never owned a diesel before my 99 psd, but I would never go back to gas for towing. It will walk all over a gas motor with a heavy load.
As far as speed, I have been in a couple chipped PSD's that would smoke a stock V-10. My friend had a V-10 F-350 and after he bought his wife a diesel excursion and drove it for a week, he traded his truck in for a diesel.
