Gentlemen- In case you were not aware we have started a new section in Truckin' magazine titled Water Toys. It started in the Jan. issue this year and so far has been well received. It includes atleast one custom boat feature and some sort of regatta or tech story. Boats and custom trucks truly go hand in hand and I hope many of you will pick up the magazine and check it out. In the Feb. 03 issue we even featured a Dimarco flattie. Hope to see you all on the water sometime.

In the January issue, the colorful boat is "frank" from SoCal ***boats. Then in the February issue, they cover the RRX Poker Run , mostly with pictures of boats from LasVegas ***boats. Including mine! smilespi

Extremely stoked you guys started doing this section!! Trucks, and boats.......... two of my three favorite things!! I hope it sticks around. Now if you could feature more "lifted" full size trucks.......... :D
RL
Also, I think it would be great if you guys came to the event we have going on May 3rd at Mojave! We have some cool looking vehicles, and mine will be done by then, an 03 Chevy HD, putting in a large stereo now, installing 10" lift with 38s soon after.

Travis, two things.
1) I am shocked and apalled that your magazine would overlook a incredibly custom rig like my 1994 Chevy Stepside and 1978 Charger! OK, so my truck looks stock, has been keyed on the drivers side and doesn't match the color of my boat...
2) You can bring that beautiful noise guy on any trip I ain't invited to. There is only room for one green boat. Don't take it personal Steve, but I hear you run 37 mph @WOT, and I can't have a boat that's green, and faster than mine, at any trip I'm involved with.
Respectfully Submitted

Hey Steve, if you give me directions, I'll come over and key your truck! Travis and I are going to be out at the river in late March for our first outing. It looks like Needles Marina Park, where I will debut my "new" 23' travel trailer. I will invite you now Steve, as my trailer is green and white!
Disco

Now Now Children! No fighting. My truck matches my boat and I am even thinking about two toning the truck so it matches even better. Needles it is for late March. Steve we look forward to boating with you next summer. I want to ride in that flattie. Disco you bought a trailer?

Disco did buy a trailer. It is a 1977 Wilderness, and I'm assuming will require the attention that my boat did. I may keep the boat, as the trailer is white and green and I feel like I have kind of a motive going. :(

Actually HJ, I may be looking for a weekend co pilot. I have to pick the trailer up in Blythe and take it to Needles. When I pick it up, I'm going to stay the day at NPR and clean the thing and figure out what needs to be bought. Interested in drinking beer and cleaning a trailer out? I'll BBQ or supply dinner at the Casino Buffet of your choice! wink The trailer sleeps six, so I figure I'll be making friends over the summer. Tanja and I scored on this one. It needs work, but it's all elbow grease. So, once again a Disco special.

In Needles, I think a 23 foot trailer makes you a rich land owner!

Just so all of you know, I think that some time is going to be spent on this trailer to make it an appropriate fixture of the Disco persona. The wife and I are currently locked in battle about having green lamay (sparkly fabric) curtains. She says no. I'm also thinking about a flag pole with a a spot light, and hanging at the top of the pole, a DISCO BALL! Several other custom features will come to be on this the discoist trailer I could have bought. Joe you and Candi will be proud to sit under the awning and drink beers, listen to the custom sound system and just feel the Disco Charger groove.

We need to build a stage for AC/DC kareoke. I think the whole disco scenery around the trailer is a bitchin' idea.Tanya will come around. Just get her a little typsy and make her sign a contract disco.Congrats on the trailer. You have to keep your boat now. The whole ensemble will match perfectly. We just need to paint your truck white and metal flake green and lower it down a little. If you do sell it there is a '79 Bahner bubble deck in the boat trader right now with a B&M blown 454. Looks like a nice boat. I was even thinking about selling my boat to get it but the metal flake has to stay alive.
