Hello Everyone,
I haven't had much time lately to post. It has been a crazy few months for me.
I started a new job, re-financed my home mortgage, re-financed my boat to a Home Equity credit line, re-financed my Yukon from a lease to a purchase, sold my Toy Hauler, fired my landscaper and pest service to save enough money to purchase a home in Lake Havasu City. (Maybe I can write a country song)We close Escrow on Halloween:D .
That goes to show ya, that if you want something bad enough you can get it.;)
BTW, The new pad is on Clearwater Ln off of Oro Grande. I will post some picks when I get a chance.
Dennis

We still have our Emerald Cove membership...I was thinking that we would get an El Cheapo trailer to keep there for Parker getaways.
Been out there lately?

Nah Dennis, The GF went into a meltdown and left us. I picked up the trailer, brought it home, and it's prep'd and ready for the duning season at Glamis and Dumont.
It'll be back at Emerald this March. (19 weeks away)
Damn, figures, this is one of those once in 20 year summers. It may last to next summer.
By the way Dennis,, Congrats for the purchase of your Havasu digs. I can imagine how you feel, must be excellent.
Good Move.
Time for me to do the same in Parker.

Sorry to hear about the GF situation. I agree about this endless summer... it has made me think I pulled the trailer home too soon.
Go for the pad in Parker , the sooner the better. Anyway you can leverage your money is worth it in the long run. Perhaps you can find a rich new GF to invest with.
