Exporting parts, help needed.

I am having a litllte trouble getting parts for my pontiac engine, the company i talked to said that they did'nt have an "export licence", and therefor could'nt ship me the parts.
If i can't overcome these problems, could someone help me with this??
Like me sending someone money( and a sixpack of danish beer), and that someone purchased the parts and shipped them to me??
We are here talking about pistons, rings and bearings.

Id be more then Happy to help you out. The only thing Is I have never shipped anything over seas. It can't be that big of a deal.
