A frind just bought a 1974 Eliminator 19' jet, itappears to have a wooddeck on it. Does anybdy know if Eliminator made a wooddeck? This boat appears to be a small cruiser, because it has had a bow rail at one time.http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/500/120Im000590-med.jpg

the wood would be called pacalon its a type of mat used to give the effect of wood. it can be redone and looks good on curisers. just my .02 but it looks like the deck is going to need some tlc. good luck i have been throught that!;)

Yes that is a fishing chair mount and it also had a trolling motor mounted on the side of the deck, plus a few other unbeliveable options. The guy was 72 years old and bought the boat new sold it and bought it back. This boat was bought real cheap. 455 Olds, Berkeley 12JC, Bassett O/T's. Interior was in real good shape.

I told him the horns(air) had to go, because when we install the pole(using the bass seat hole) for the stripper, shes libel to trip over them. The pole will be illuminated by the flood light mounted on the port side by the divers seat for night dancing. Need one of the old multi colored rotating discs used to light Christmas trees.

John, you guys had me laughing my ass off last night. That boat should be in a museum.:D The guys house trailer should be parked next to the boat.
That stuff on the deck is the same as my Schiada. Its like a fake looking wood.

That boat reminds me of a story 'bout a man named Jed... I believe Eliminator called that model the OPS-19 (Ozark Panfish Special). You have any more pics? Its kinda cool to see all the winter projects before they get any work.

Moo, you need that seat modifacation for your boat, then the spotter could set there and see the skier over the roost.

Anybody tries to cut a hole in my bow will be grovelling in the gravel  I monitor my skier more closely than ANY observer and as far as I am concerned they are just more weight !:yuk:
OH ... OK...... passengers do make good videos once in a while ! ;) Thanks Mike !
Hell Shirkey it was all I could bear to drill the holes for the Ski Pylon !:D

Looks bad, but that boat does not have a stress crack anywhere on it. Also came with a complete 455 olds, pan to carb. Motor was built three years ago, he even got the dyno sheet with it. Had a spun rod bearing, but did not hurt the crank. No rips or tears in upholestry, plus new wear ring and impeller. All for $600!!!

Hell, you can't beat that deal. I bet that thing wouldn't look too bad at all after a days worth of cleaning.
