Does anyone know of anyone who makes custom water jacketed headers. Im talking about ones that require no t-valve like lightnings or cmi's.

unfortunately for Taylorman finding jacketed headers for a 455 is going to be really tough. Someone will need to correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you're going to be stuck looking for some obscure 70s offshore headers like Hardins, Paragons or something of that sort. Even then, I'm not sure that anyone made a true jacketed header for the 455.
Good Luck,
Chris

I spoke to Randy at CMI today. They can custom make them with straight tips to go over the transom. The exhaust tips are water jacketed also so the water and exhaust will never mix which i thought was pretty cool. All for an everyday low price of $5500. Thank you for shopping at Wal Mart. By By. Wheres that little price rollback guy on the Wal Mart commercials when you need his little yellow a@@.
