What's the center to center on the carb holes and how much?

Center to center is 9". The person I bought it from cut one of the carb holes out and move it to fit there spacing an reattached it with jb weld. When i got it, i made it fit my spacing with jb weld also. I had plans to weld it, grind it smooth and powdercoat it to match my boat. I now want to sell it get a hilborn scoop instead.
