No problem 030, you guys gonna run the 8 second class this next race, or be safe with the 8.50 class?

I think we are going to stay in 8.50 class for the last race, I don't remember if you stayed long enough to hear the whole fiasco in the finals of our class but according to the time slip we ran an 8.39 and we complained saying that, that wasn't possible and after Hammer argued for a while they pretty much gave in and said that there was two winners in our class, so now I don't think Hammer wants to go out and put the screws to the boat and have it run a 20something it probably wouldn't look to good from the argument last race.

Cool sounds good, I need to have one more shot at you before you jump leagues on me next year and run with the "FAST" guys. I think we found our problem out when we went to Phoenix so the boat should be able to run the numbers this next race. See ya there.

I think you should step-up next year too you know it wouldn't take that much to get that boat to run 8.0's.

I think that we will keep that boat on a low maintenance program running it where we do. We could make some changes but it would require more $$$ , so maybe in a couple years we will see what happens next. Do you still have your comp flat motor?

Can someone post a pic of this old 030 boat?
I'm thinking of going just to watch. I've never been to a boat race before.
Jetboatguru, I heard you are the man. I'ed like to meet you someday. Do you really drive a flat?

I used what was left of that motor to build the motor in my lake boat. You can run a low maintenance motor in the 8.0 bracket you just have to make it BIG.
