why? why run the carbs inline when I can run them side by side? what would you do !!the scoop will work either way?what is the advantage running them side by side???:confused: :confused:

Side by side allows easier jet changes.

side by side keeps slosh in th bolws down a bit ( if you run a circle track float) . i run them side by side . the down sides are the linkage is pretty pricey!!!. i paid like 120 for the linkage and then all your fuel lines. i could only run them that way on my motor

most intakes will only allow you to mount 4150-flange carbs sideways. not enough room to run them from to back.

sideways here.Reason the way the tunnel ram top is and as stated earlier jet changes.Besides i think it looks better and you get cool looking linkage:)
