Was looking to get some input on which carb. to go with. Application is 22' tunnel, stock HP500 with stage 3 Whipple. Teague marine recommends their prepped 0-8082 1050 dom. which is 2-circuit,annular,progressive linkage and PV blow out protection for $939. Holleys website lists a 0-80597 1050 2-circuit mech. sec., non annular,no power valves but set up for blower application. (Haven't shopped price on that one). Kinda leaning towards the Teague but wondering if any other options? (Has to be a dominator based carb.)

The 3-circuit version is the better choice of the two.
HP1050 3-Circuit Dominator with 8-hole annular boosters and primary PV boost referenced is what you should be looking for. If you go with a custom built version try to get the Marine J-tubes installed as well for added protection.

Talk to Dustin. He will reccomend a Demon. I went with a 1090. It has been
absolutely trouble-free.

Thanks for replies. Talked to Dustin this moning about some other crud and forgot to ask him about the demon...oh well,no hurry..it's nice to take my time and not be in a hurry like summer. ALBEIT I am more confused about which carb. now. All you guys know what you're talking about yet everyone has a different opinion.
