..no, it's that damn center cap wrench kinda like an oil filter wrench in diameter and made of molded plastic in a hex shape. It's screwed on tight and covers the lugs, hence the dilemna..

All the Weld caps I've seen are held on by two allen head screws... must have missed this type.

I can't help you either, American Eagle tried the wrench idea out for awhile. Turns out the general public didn't like the idea either. After the wheels got wet and corroded a little, the caps were a BITCH to get off. Most of the people couldn't find the wrench. I imagine some custumers didn't een give it a second thought to what the wrench was even for, and just threw it away.
When it came time to take the caps off, can you imagine what assholes American Eagle was that they built something so shitty that you couldn't their cap off with regular tools? Forgetting completely that they were given a wrench in the first place.
Mutany, I tell you, mutany.
We had a million of those wrenches around, I haven't seen them inawhile. Monday I will go on a hiking trip and see what I can find, I doubt any are around since we are talking 5 years or more.

...she bought another one in the Cathedral Canyon Country Club. We had one previous off of Date Palm, but that development spans the entire 111 just about. She's been hangin at the casino's alot, and has a few cousins there so she figured it'd be nice to get a place there again.

I hear ya...the rims are older in style, on a '69 truck so it could have been a while. Hell I had a set of CSI's in '92 with that center cap dealio too...thanks for checking though! I guess we can hit up the tire shops too...

I would say your best bet is Weld, they might warrantee you a new cap, you may need one. I wouldn't mention you lost the wrench, best bet it to say you bent the wrench and need another one. I may know someone who can make you one.
I doubt any tire shops are going to do anything but **** the caps up to get them off.
Just my .02
