I'm looking for the "laying around the garage, just needs a quick polish, then I can mount it" special.:D

Must be a "keep the pump wet" system or either the most fuel efficient V drive I ever heard about! :D

Sounds like a NOS Fuel tank

This boat came with a spare T tank. It has some minor damage to it. There are some pin hole leaks in the bottom by the weld. I may want to get rid of it. Larry Nebb, do you have any pictures of your Canyon?

It's called unbaffled side tanks, back off and run out of fuel!..:D

I have a bullet tank with brackets I'll part with.

When I ran injected in the Pro gas boat we would dry up after the run. I removed the side tank and had a local welder cut into the top of the tank and insert some plates to baffle it. That worked.
Couple years back I did a blown gas for lake use for a guy. He had stainless side tanks that fed out the back. I made a tube insert so the fuel would be picked up in the center of the fuel tanks. That also worked. But he had to keep the tanks pretty full or put her down easy. I like the bullet tank.:)

It sure as hell isn't fuel efficient!
GoFast is right, when I back out of it I'm losing prime on BG pump and slowly die. Just need a mini tank to keep me primed, oh and maybe an intercooler and a smaller pully for the blower while I'm at it.:D :D
BM's The bullet tank wouldn't really fit for my application, maybe if you threw in your motor with it!

shocked they don't have baffles. Mine sure do. Each 45 gal tank has 5 if my thinking is correct.
I'm sure that bad meds tank is super nice. If it's like the rest of his stuff it sure is that's for sure.
Brad, just think how much more racy your boat will look with that tank. Sould get you over 100 for sure :)

I think if I could put a polish job on my motor like Meds I'd be going over a 100 instantly! I don't have a good spot for the bullit tank and need to mount a little T above transom height. Probably have to run it down to you for bracket fab when I find what I need, gears too.:D

Could you just make a tank out of something like 5" tube. And then hang it off one of you heads?
Pretty soon I should have my own tig welder. Then I can make that kinda shit right at the house. Right now owr tig's at work don't have high freq so I have to beg or pay someone to do the alum welding.
That tank that gofast made was pretty slick.

Thanks for all the compliments.
BradP , You can have the motor but after you clean it once I'm sure you will give it back.
It's just all looks anyway
I'll keep an eye out for a tank for ya .

SD 5" tube would work fine but it's gatta be polished etc. I've got the winter to work though so I'm sure I'll find something or have it fabbed. Maybe jeff can make something.
BM Isn't that thing kinda like the Golden gate Bridge? Start cleaning at one end and by the time you're done you start over again?:D :D I had it as my background for awhile, really opens peoples eyes when they walk in the office.
