what would it take to change over from a alpha 1 drive to a bravo 1 drive. Parts wises and price wises perferably rebuilt stuff.

Everything Between the Rear Motor Mounts,+ the Prop, Have to be Changed............
The Cheapest way I've ever seen is to buy a Donor Boat(Wrecks)...........

The Bravo Shop makes a conversion kit. There's really not a lot to it if you already have the Bravo drive and transom assembly. The only real work is to drill two additional holes in you transom. Then you have to run an engine mounted sea water pump. Somebody correct me if I missed anything!!!
