Ya know, I seem to always get sniped on e bay.
Well I sat on this item from Nov 15 until now. I thought I was going to get it for 25 bucks but in the last few seconds the snipers showed up. Bastards just about got me too.

Use the program "Snipe it." Last 10 second bid. Or do like I do. Nahhh...ain't gonna tell you...but you need 2 monitors and computer on Alky! My best e.t = 1 second. :D

Vent for the dry sump tank.
Fiat48, I have a snip deal too but you still have to put in a high enough bid to win. I had a proxi of 45.01 on this. That's why I said they about got me.

I gotcha. I quit bidding long ago. Now I just decide how much is the max I will pay for the item and hit it in the last seconds. Seen too many bidding wars and people paying too much. In America, winning is everything!

Don't need two monitors just open two browser windows.
One with your best bid ready to push the button and the other to keep hitting refresh.

Make sure one you are refreshing is the "bid history" window, it refreshes much faster than the main one with all of the graphics and b.s. :)
Make each window smaller, stick them side by side and click away...

I have been using Auction Sniper.com but you have to be willing to pony up and but in a decent amount if it's a hot item. I just won a crank for my outboard that way. It got almost to my max....

I just have to laugh. I do the same thing all of you guys do with ebay. It doesn't matter what we are doing, but we can find a way to turn it into a damn race...lmao

Have you ever noticed the adrenalin rush that you get when you are in a race with all of the snipers, of which I profess to be, the rush is sorta like waiting for the lights to countdown, yes we are racers to the end.
