What is frozen is Kilrtoy's Post count. Look at his post count on his last post in the "OK College Football Fans: it was 2999, then look at his post count on his last post on this thread it and it still says 2999.

Whenever you post, it reflects you current post number on all your posts, past or present. Look at any of your old posts, and you will see that the post numbers are the same.
